Complimentary towels and linens are supplied. But, you are asked to bring beach towels for use at the swimming pool.

Yes, and in addition there are communal facilities as follows

Do I need to clean the villa before I leave?

No. The villa is professionally cleaned before you arrive and upon your departure.

THEME PARKS Most major parks are within 20 mins. Sea World & Universal Studios 25 mins.

GOLF COURSES There are 10 or more top quality courses within 15 mins of the villa including the world famous ‘Legends Course’.

Are restaurants and shopping near the villas?

There is a vast selection of restaurants within 10 mins of the villa. Publix, Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart supermarkets are all within 7 mins.
